Without a shadow of a doubt its head down the beach in the early morning for a swim, a paddle in the kayak or a bit of stand up paddle boarding. This is one of Dr Workman’s favourite beaches and after a bit of exercise he loves to grab a coffee or breakfast and sit outside at the malabar beach cafe.
